On virtually impossible to find Miami waterfront, PINE TREE gracefully stands as a beautiful blend of timeless form and modern sensibility. Graceful archways punctuate a classic facade adorned with contemporary details. Limestone cladding runs from the entry court clear through the first floor and down to the tiled pool, creating an interior-exterior synergy that capitalizes on the temperate climate.
PINE TREE’s interiors are no less considered. The entry foyer is punctuated with an elegantly curved plaster staircase and the sunken living room concedes to the panoramic views of the water. The highly customized kitchen is clad in Taj Mahal quartzite to optimize for our client’s family-focused lifestyle and the adjacent dining room with a dining table that is part breakfast banquette feels simultaneously formal and fun.
As with the vast majority of our work, especially when climate allows, PINE TREE is meant to embrace a lifestyle that penetrates beyond its walls. Interior becomes exterior and the other way around, creating spaces that feels both expansive and intimate.
