AERAS

Conceived as an exclusive “6-star” spa and resort, AERAS is meticulously tucked into the sprawling canyons of this Utah estate. Twenty-eight casitas, connected via largely hidden stone staircases, are carved into the rugged cliffs. Per our client’s request, each space is optimized for absolute privacy and exceptional views.

Interior and exterior palettes are one in the same as plaster is tinted to exactly match the earth outside. Each suite consists of either two or three bedrooms with a private pool that punctuates one of the three private courtyards. Beneath the bedrock, the pool escapes the elements and provides a place for all-day repose.

Perhaps the crowning jewel of the property is the communal pool - a perfect circle punctuated by the natural rock formations into which it was thoughtfully carved. Lounging poolside (hopefully, cocktail in hand), the horizon dances with its reflection to create what we hope to be a truly transportive experience.
